Best Life Coach Collective (BLCC) set out to create an engaging platform for life coaches to connect with clients and access valuable resources. They needed a brand identity, website design, and a marketing strategy to bring the collective to life, from coach directories to membership growth funnels. The goal? Create a dynamic hub for coaches to grow their businesses, while also providing potential clients with easy access to certified coaches.
The Challenge
BLCC needed to:
- Build a strong brand identity and digital presence that resonates with both coaches and clients.
- Develop a user-friendly website that includes a self-service coach directory and resources.
- Create a dashboard for members, offering tutorials, courses, and resources to help them succeed.
- Engage members and potential clients through newsletters, social media, and podcasts.
- Drive membership and client growth through a sales funnel.
The Solution
We implemented a comprehensive digital solution for Best Life Coach Collective, encompassing everything from brand development to digital marketing and website design.
The project unfolded across several key stages:
1) Brand Development:
The goal was to create a professional yet approachable brand identity that reflected the collective’s core values of empowerment, support, and growth. We designed a logo, selected a color palette, and defined typography that aligned with the community-focused mission of Best Life Coach Collective. This visual identity became the foundation for all touchpoints, from the website to social media.
2) Website Design & Development:
- Website: Built on WordPress using Understrap, the main site was designed to be user-friendly and functional. It featured a self-service coach directory, allowing coaches to promote their services while making it easy for clients to find the right coach. The site also integrated a blog, newsletter, podcast, and resources, giving visitors a wealth of valuable information.
- Sales Funnel: To support the growth of the membership base, we designed a strategic sales funnel that guided visitors through the process of learning about the collective, seeing the value it offered, and signing up for membership.
- Member Dashboard: The member site, built using TutorLMS, featured a dashboard where coaches could access tutorials, courses, and other resources. This platform provided a space for members to learn and grow within the collective, helping them to continuously develop their skills and connect with other professionals.
3) Content Creation & Marketing:
- Newsletter: A weekly newsletter was sent out using MailerLite, achieving an open rate of 50.44%. This newsletter kept members and potential clients engaged, providing updates, resources, and helpful tips.
- Podcast Production: We created professional podcast intros and outros and got the pod set up on Spotify, YouTube, and iTunes, helping to establish the collective’s podcast as a credible and engaging resource for life coaches and clients alike.
- Ads: Visually engaging Google and Facebook Ads were run to increase the collective’s visibility, bringing more traffic to the site.
- Social Media: We up social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) and established credibility for the company.
4) SEO & Analytics:
The site was optimized for SEO, ranking on the first page for key search terms like “coach collective” and “life coach podcast.” Organic traffic steadily grew, reaching 138 monthly visitors, with 478 organic keywords driving traffic.

Results
- Brand & Digital Presence: Launched a polished brand and WordPress site, driving organic traffic and SEO growth, ranking on page one for key search terms.
- Community Engagement: At launch, we built an email list of 151 active subscribers, achieved consistent engagement with the podcast, and established a growing social presence – which set the BLCC up for continued success.
- Beta Clients: Created effective Social Media and Google Ad campaigns to gather leads and insights with key metrics for the company – we had five beta coaches within the first week of launching!
